“Ways to become highly motivated”

“Be miserable, or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always your choice.” “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing that’s why we recommend it daily.” These are some examples of sayings with regards to self-motivation. So, when you experienced less motivated, consider this ways as your everyday guide.



1.Remember your successes.

Let your successes flow through your mind instead of your failures. Write down your successes. Consider using a journal of some kind since it’s easy to forget your successes.

2.Don’t fear to fail.

Failures is common to all of people, mostly to those who want success in life. So, don’t ever let yourself down because of failures. Try to find the valuable lessons in each of your failures. Ask yourself the question, what can I learn from this? Then, for the next attempt, it’s time to do better.

3.Move the goal posts.

Set a large and specific goal in life. This will motivate you much more than small goals. A big goal has a big effect and can create a lot of motivation.


4.Celebrate the little wins, no matter how small.

Little wins may seem like just that little. Celebrating these wins can help to create positive habits and to be motivated.

5.Figure out why you’re doing something.

If you don’t know or don’t have good enough reason to do something then it will be hard to get it done. Do things that you have really strong reasons to do. If you want to do something, you need to figure out a good reason to do it. In short, if you figure out what you are doing and your reason, you can be motivated to do it.

6.Make each day count.

We don’t have all the time in the world. So focus on today and do the things you really want to do.


7.Do what you love.

Find what it is you love to do and get proficient at it. Success dwells at the fulcrum of passion and excellence. But be careful. Make sure that you can make a living from your passion.  All of this will help you to have self-motivation.

8.Be gentle with yourself.

Stop comparing the accomplishments in your life with those of your neighbor. The story you create in your head will never be as good, and the reality will never be as bad. There are many people who are smarter than you. You’re free to explore. Free to follow what excites you. Free to ignore what they do, or how they do it. In short, focus on you.

9.Ask uplifting questions in the morning.

Put your own value in the blank space. For instance, the questions like; why am I happy about in my life, right now or why am I excited about in my life right now will help you to be motivated at the start of the day. It’s important that you really feel how it makes you feel. When you asked yourself about the last part about what makes me happy right now, you will really feel it. These morning questions are great because the way they are set up makes you recognize things you take for granted and then they really get you to feel those positive feelings.

10.Get motivated by others

When you really need an extra motivational push, you can always turn to words or art from others. With music, you can start by creating a playlist of songs that can make you excited and inspired. After all, music can change your mood and lift your spirits.

11.Do the toughest task first.

This will ease a lot of your day-to-day worries and boost your self-confidence for the rest of the day. When you are done with the hard things, it will motivate yourself that you will be able to do other things also.

12.Do something small and create a flow.

In the other way, you just need to get started. When you have finished that small task you’ll feel more alert and ready to go do the next thing. You just need to get started; to get motivated. So if you really don’t feel like doing anything, start with something small and work your way out up.

13.Compare yourself with yourself.

Do not compare yourself with others. Comparing what you have to what other people have can really kill your motivation. Always remember that a few of them are miles ahead. So focus on what you have. And how you can and have improved yourself.
